Welcome to the 2024-25 Hockey Photo Shoot Registration with Breakdown Sports Media!

We would like to congratulate you on being selected to be featured among the best hockey players in the state in the 2024-25 Breakdown high school hockey previews. Only the best players at each grade level from across the state were selected to attend the photo shoots, which are scheduled for several convenient dates and times. Note: you don't need to attend a photo shoot to be profiled in the book and receive the special book price! Just fill out the online form (including Q and A) and email a posed photo in your high school hockey jersey to tim@breakdownsportsusa.com.

Please fill out the registration form and select your preferred date/location for the photo shoot ASAP. You also may purchase a 2024-25 Breakdown hockey preview book at a reduced cost of just $74.99 for softcover or $94.99 for hardcover (which also includes a 2024-25 Breakdown hockey calendar). It's also just $69.99 (softcover) or $89.99 (hardcover) for each additional book -- perhaps grandparents or relatives would also like one. Last year’s book nearly sold out, so get yours early! 

We're also offering a digital version of our books! Almost a month before the hard copy editions are shipped,  you could receive the digital version of all the same information! It's a reduced cost from our softcover book ($59.99) or can be added on to a regular book order for just $19.99.

AGAIN THIS YEAR! We've offered a full digital download of all your photo shoot images in the past via email, but we're adding it as a registration option this year for those who are interested up front! For just $50, you get a private, password-protected gallery from which you can download every photo shoot image that includes you (individual and group) in a high-resolution, non-watermarked JPG format. The gallery will be available approximately a week after your photo shoot and an email link will be sent to your registration email. 

This registration session will allow you to sign consents, complete contact information and submit payment -- as well as fill out the player Q and A form online.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or PayPal account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from REG.NGIN.COM.

How were you selected? The Breakdown has a panel that consists of members all across Minnesota. At the conclusion of the season, our staff submits its picks of players worthy to be considered among the best in the state and from that list, a group of finalists is selected for this honor. We take into account recommendations from coaches, past season honors and statistics, offseason work, etc.

How does it work?  In order to accommodate a large group of top players, we have spread all our photo shoots out over a multiple-hour period, with 5-minute time frames for photos.

•   Please bring your jersey, gloves, and stick (goalies, please also bring your helmet). 
•   professional studio photographers are present
•   individual photos will be taken (group and combination photos will be taken if social distancing restrictions are eased).
•  individual information, including a biography and Q and A form, will be used in the Breakdown book
•   once you arrive, the photo shoot should be completed within 15 minutes

Please register ONLINE ahead of time as we will have 5-minute windows set up for each player. Walk-ins will have a separate line and we will take them as we can fit them into the schedule.

1. We're going to build in 5-minute time windows for the players to register (just one per time frame if one photographer, but up to three per time frame if three photographers) and then close the time frame down when full, as well as building about 10 minutes of down time each hour to get walk-ins through (and their own separate line, as we're trying to discourage walk-ups). 
2. please bring everything you need for your photo (jersey, stick, gloves, etc.).
3. lastly, we encourage parents and other guests to remain outside in the parking area and just drop the student-athletes off at the door, if possible. Pre-registered players should be in-and-out of the shoot in 15 minutes or less.

Can't make it to any of the dates? You can still be in the book and receive the same special deal! Just fill out the registration form without selecting a date, complete the Q and A form and email a photo to tim@breakdownsportsusa.com.
